Warranty

All WildTek products carry a one-year warranty on parts and labor.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover defects caused by normal wear and tear or defects caused by misuse, improper cleaning or improper storage.



Return policy

Our products are thoroughly inspected before each delivery.

Unless exceptional circumstances arise during shipment, WildTek products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. To make sure you make the right choice, consult the product sheets or our team of experts, who will guide you in your choice of product.

Damage and problems
